carefully cut the jt apart with a razor saw or try a ht gun to help, clean up the surfaces and reglue. clamp/hold the parts in place some distance on either side of the jt before gluing so the alignment doesn't change on clamping the actual jt. or if overlaying, mark positions on the wktable with marks on tape on the table and the pieces.
if this jt is near a middle of a panel, it references the 2 adjacent panels as well as relates to the curvature of the whole boat. you haven't really screwed up - it is normal to make mistakes such as this - but you should suck it up and eliminate the problem now as this will give you the best chance down the line.
or just cut the whole jt out and add in a bridge pce to make up the length.
