I have the same problem and I have some ideas but have not solved the problem yet. So this message is mainly for support - you are not alone.
In addition to what LeeG has shared, I have gotten some advice to do stretching. There is a muscle in the butt, the piraformis (sp??)I think, under which the sciatic nerve runs. Stretches that basically stretch and lengthen the butt muscles like toe touching and its variants may help.
I just about sprung for the Redfish seat myself last week. I thought I'd see if my stretching works first.
