Just read this on another forum. The guy who posted this info has designed and built a lot S&G boats. His operation is in Florida so he knows what sunlight can do. Graphite/epoxy mixtures do not take paint or varnish. Graphite/epoxy mixtures are NOT UV resistant. If you expose graphite/epoxy to a sufficient amount of sunlight it will turn cloudy or worse like any other unprotected epoxy coating. Charlie
