Lee,

Due to my size, I think I'll always use F/G cloth inside my cockpits, and next time I'm doing it without tape (over VERY thin fillets - if any at all). My bet is it'll be just as strong, lighter, and better looking.

I sure agree about cutting strips from all that excess triangular cloth we always have left over, rather than buying tape. Have already started cutting from #1 for #2.
