Wade, although I am building from plans (not CLC's). One of the things CLC prides themselves on is the accuracy of thier computer cut parts. The bulkheads SHOULD be cut correctly. Try losening some wires and retrying the bulkheads as George suggested. The problem with trimming is getting everything symetrical again. If you take too much off one side by trimming it ain't a CLC error. And you could end up with an outtawhack kayak. RogerJ
