One more bulk-head consideration: The location of the front one needs to accomodate your legs and a bit for any rudder controls you may install. I moved the front bulkhead forward about an inch to the point where it fit perfectly. If I had it to do over, I would move it back about three inches to increase the size of the foreward storage compartment and reduce the size of the cockpit --- even if I had to cut an entirely new bulkhead. Being shorter than average, I can almost lie down in my Ches-16.
