Good idea Mac! Two of my deak beams are part of the fore and aft bulkheads, another at the mast partners and one for the carlins could be reinforced tho'. I was also thinking of adding an "extra" betweenthe aft bulkhead and stern. My hull has a beam of 34 1/2 in., more room to flex than a kayak. Changing from peaked to cambered decks means no "easy" straight deck beams and hanging knees, they all have to be laminated. RogerJ
