Row (paddle)/Sail/motor

Just found this place. I hope my jumping in is okay with you all.

I am very interested in building a "boat".

Is it possible to build a row (or paddle), sail, motor in all one vessle?

Which one would best balance all three of these operations into one?

If possible, I would like it to carry two adults and and maybe a medium dog?
