Re: rubrails

I'm not a big fan of rubrails because they add weight and take time to fashion and install (my inertial laziness is a huge factor here). They may deflect some spray, but they will ding up just like the hull would without them.

They do look nice, and I did install them on my new 16.5, just for the look. But I also considered installing brass half round instead.
