Are you building from a kit? If so, ask CLC for a new manual. If you are building from the plans, and have built at least one S$G kayak before, go ahead and start and just ask questions as you go along. The CH17 is a very easy and straightforward build.

I'm sure, with all the advice you'll get from the "committee" on this forum, you're finished work will resemble a camel, but will be handsome, fast and will turn nicely.
