..paint the inside, but I wanted a very low-key, non-glaring, natural-looking finish, because I plan to duck hunt from the canoe. I couldn't think of a color that would meet my requirements except for brown and I just couldn't make myself mix up that color when all that beautiful wood would be covered up by it. I operate a part-time painting business, so I'm all for painting when I can!
