Parachute cord/life line
Posted by Jay E. Morris on Jun 3, 2004
I noticed the perimeter line that CLC sells is 1/8 nylon. I've got a roll of 550 parachute cord sitting in the shop. Nominally 3/16", breaking strength is over 500lbs. Any reason I shouldn't use this? Heck, I trusted my life to parachute cord before.
(No, it's not OD, but midnight blue.)
(Well, the plans have been ordered. I'm committed now, or should be.)
