I thought that building the hatch covers was the most trying, if not difficult, part of the total assembly. All those little wet bits and trying to align everything. I ended up building a compression fixture instead of using spring clamps. It helped, but not much.

I also enjoyed putting on the deck. I like to see the big pieces going together.
