Several options I can think of:
1. Ignore the cracks and see if they get worse, as they're not near the waterline.
2. Grind off exterior paint and glass, reglass, repaint.
3. Add an interior layer of 6-oz glass to strengthen the weak areas - probably the easiest fix if you don't go the #1 route. But monitor the area to see if water is getting into the wood core at the cracks (unlikely).
