Re: flush hatch mold

Hi Dennis,

I used the shop tips and made the front one 15 inch radius and it fitted my kayak well. By the time you glue two layers of ply wood and used the 15 inch radius mold, it fitted pretty well. I was not guite as successfull on the rear hatch, however, thick soft rubber seals does the job (mostly).
