Re: flush hatch mold

You know, the more I think about it, the less I like the double layer method too. I am thinking about doing what Tony did -- I still have the hatch stiffeners from the original kit so I may just use them. I have already installed the double thickness sill spacers, so I will have to put a ring around the perimeter like Tony has done. Got plenty of material from the "kit" for that. And it would save gobs of work making those molds. Hmmm...
