black flies,,what about

the green flies? they bring out knives and forks when they're ready to eat. ,,if the alternative is having one arm get longer than the other or dropping your wood kayak straight down on rocks,,a two hand carry isn't a bad idea. In ACA instruction it's mentioned as preferable. I dropped a friends glass kayaksport Millenium at the end of an 8day trip holding it with one hand. No big damage but not a nice way to end the trip, and it was empty sitting right next to the car.
