Allen,
Where abouts are you, I'm in Gladstone, Qld, building a CH16 and Ch17. My only piece of advice is to order the gaboon ply from a marine timber specialist and pay for the freight, rather than ordering through the local timber yard. Through problems with the original supply (voids in the core), I lost about 8 weeks through resupply delays and exterior grade replacement.
