Hey Mac, good idea; I bet those rub rails will hide most of it. Just a couple hours ago I finished trimming the deck with a saw and plane, then sanded, then filled the gaps with wood flour thickened epoxy. I'm betting you'll never even see them in the first place. But I am going to be adding the rubrails so I think I'm in good shape.

I still haven't decided on bright finish completely or a white hull. I'm starting to lean towards the white hull, bright deck.... ;)
