Keepers vs Yakima

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some help in the foot brace department. I have no experience with either of CLC's footbraces and was wondering - seeing that I seldom move my braces once I've found the optimim placement, would the standard Keepers - which are shipped with the WR18 be strong enough for a fat guy like me - ie: anyone busted them yet? Anyone busted Yakima's for that matter?

I may try rolling next year as I become braver (or crazier). Does this place extra strain on the footbraces?
