Level sawhorses
Posted by Robert N Pruden on Dec 4, 2004
I kinda cheated a little on my second boat. I set the sawhorses level so that when the stitched hull rested on them, the panels of the hull automatically set straight. I had no twists and didn't have to work too hard to get align everything. Even pressure on the wires is a great idea. That is done by twisting the wires until the panels JUST touch. If a twist exists after that, because the wires aren't set too tight the kayak can be manipulated to get it straight. Well said, Lloyd.
