I have had batches that never cured. Some spots "cured" better than others in these bad batches. My pumps weren't being kept in the cleanest state and gummed up a bit. I got improper ratios. Carbide scraper got it off. New pumps made new epoxy that cured. Problem solved. Hope this is helpful.
