parts haven't, then it isn't the pumps. Sorry, but that's the mixing.

If that's what has happened, you didn't mix it well enough- only way part can cure and part not from the same batch.

Been using epoxy to build boats since 1976 and that's the ONLY way I ever had a partial failure like that.

Scrape the goo out, wash the area down with whatever- I use lacquer thinner- then put new epoxy on it.
