Type sandpaper f/hull?

As it looks like I'm going to be using ALOT of sandpaper on the ROS while sanding the hull, I'm going to order a bunch from Red Hill Corp. (www.supergrit.com) as it is about half the cost of the stuff at Home Depot, etc. What TYPE of sandpaper works the best on epoxy? Aluminum Oxide, Silicon Carbide, Alumina Zircona, Garnet, or???
