Bryan,
Wait till you can actually touch the epoxy and not fill it grab your skin before you attempt a second coat. You don't want to be moving a soft first coat around as you apply a second one. Tack-free in the key, especially if you plan on sanding between coats if you have any blush appear as some epoxies do.
