George, I've built all seven of my boats outdoors. Only problem so far is allowing really fresh epoxy to get wet -- causes a white haze to appear every time it gets wet thereafter, although it clears up when dry. I have learned to keep epoxy as dry as possible (forget humidity, nothing I can do about that) for at least 24 hours.
