All the Mill Creeks I have seen, including the one I built, are stern heavy. My daughter has her seat forward to get the boat trimmed evenly but it really does not matter too much. Here is a shot of the boat trimmed out pretty even. She does not push it down to the plank seam on the side as you can see but she is only about 5'10 and 135 ish. (She'll kill me for saying that! - but she is thin.)
