What I have been concidering is, and I am sure there are puists that will roll their eyes, painting it and adding some graphical inlay in the deck. with that said I am sure that will entail painting then inlay then epoxy or varnish.

I have read about using rice paper for inlays, I was thinking about what Huki does on their boats. you can choose a fabric, ie Hawaiian print, to be inlayed.

Any comments???
