FYI, the faulty tool here was not the paint. It functioned much as one would expect. I was using a dulled brain, not reading the pretty product labels someone paid to put on the containers. Had I read them first I would have been able to avoid my present predicament. There is such a thing as false economy, too cheap to do it right the first, gotta pay more to do it over. RogerJ
