Ches. 16 4" short

Hi, I am building a Ches. 16 and after I stitched the thing together I realized that it was 4" shorter than it was supposed to be. I don't see this as a huge deal. the lines are still correct, nothing wierd, but here is the question: Should I adjust bulkheads etc... forward 4"?
