Re: Ches. 16 4" short

Bear in mind that while it's called a "Chesapeake 16," that boat is in fact 15'8" long. The exact dimensions of the boat are on the front page of the plans. All of your bulkhead dimensions and so on are correct.
"Chesapeake 16" rolls off the tongue a lot easier than "Chesapeake 15-8" so that's what it's always been called.
The Chesapeake 16LT is something like 15'6.5".
