time to complete cure

I interpret the graph on this page to say that it will take ten days for MAS slow cure to cure completely at 59 degrees and 7.5 days at 68 degrees.
I know I'm not the only person who started sanding when the epoxy was hard enough to sand,,and it was less than the time stated for complete cure at X temps.
I don't think there's a free lunch. I'm under the impression that faster cure rates get into more irritating epoxies or blush. Either way cutting corners whether it's removing clamps early,,or sanding early can have consequences especially if you aren't aware of what they are.
