It looks a lot like the "Caledinia Yawl" designed by Ian Oughtred.

There is a boat company in VT that builds them, and the construction was detailed in three Wooden Boat mag issues this past year.

The shop cam drawing was different by having more "planks" of narrower width (like the Sasafrass canoe).
