Loren, I am now in the middle of building my Passagemaker dinghy kit. I am only a few weeks into the project, but things are going smoothly so far. I started with virtually no woodworking experience, but I feel very comfortable with what is required to put together the boat. I have been documenting my progress on the web page below. Hopefully, I will be able to sail the finished dinghy next spring; I'll be able to report then how she sails (my sailing experience is much greater than my woodworking experience).
