Epoxy & Denatured Alcohol

Hey all, gotta question after having squirted wood flour/epoxy into the transom/hull panel cracks on my Passagemaker. If I use denatured alcohol right away to clean up, even before the epoxy starts curing/hardening, does that in anyway retard or prevent the curing of the epoxy? Hope that's clear!
