Painted the hull using less than a quart of white Brightsides (plenty left for touch up from rock encounters) and varnished the deck and interior with some left over from a quart of Captain's varnish. Thought I might run out but our friendly CLC folks were right. Sounds like you're at a good place to launch early this season. Enjoy the craft. Dave
