Thanks! Should I just lean a lot, in the opposite direction of the turn, like a classic kayak turn, but more agressive? What kind of paddle stroke should I use with the lean?

Or do you mean lean into the direction of the turn? And with what kind of stroke?

I agree the speed and turning are exclusive. I wouldn't know how to install a rudder, so it looks like I need to get better at leaning turns! If I could turn the boat the way you can I'd be fine!
