Hi Ryan,
Got to agree with James. I think you would like the CH16. It's stable, fairly quick, and should be a good fishing platform though I don't fish.
And a Shearwater is my next boat as well. As soon as I get the stripper I'm working on out of the way. My garage can only handle a limited number of boats.
