Re: Wire

I don't know how easy it is in the US, but in Australia it's damned-near impossible to get 1mm copper wire, and if you can find it it's a "specialty" item which costs a fortune...
So, I sniffed around and found that the yellow-and-green earth-wire available in any Aussie electrical store commonly contains 7 strands of 1mm copper, perfect for the job. The outer cover is easily removed. It costs about a buck-a-metre, so about five bucks worth did my whole Sass 16!
