Sorry, I meant to measure that last night but totally forgot. I'll try to remember when I get home tonight.
When I switched over to flush hatches with bungee hold downs I immediately found that using the thick foam supplied by CLC for sealing was not the answer. I just couldn't get enough tension to get any real compression. I switched to a soft extruded foam seal that has little ridges that stand up and seal against the bottom of the hatch. I found some at Lowe's that works perfectly. That was before my move to the Moby Latch so I had already had the problem worked out before installing the first Moby.
