Re: Musical Notes

An impulse left over from hundreds of hours of copying out parts as an undergraduate music major. (This was before the music composition software Finale rendered the bleary-eyed copyist obsolete.) Sometimes I transcribed whatever was in the cd player at the moment I signed the drawings; last week I noticed that the Annapolis Wherry's drawings have snatches of the jazz standards "Jeannine" and "A Foggy Day" on them.

Speaking of music, we sure could use more entries to our "Write the Lyrics to the Sanding Song" contest.
