End Pours

Anyone know how little epoxy I can get away with on end pours for a Chesapeake 17LT? These boats will be used for expedition touring in Canada later this summer...

I remember a post by Lee a couple of days ago that talked about an endpour with an "inverted vee" but cannot find it on the forum...
