Mike, press down the T.P. & roll it out about 1-3 feet to soak up the excess epoxy. Remove the piece as soon as you do this and you will see how much epoxy you can do without. Do this on areas where the epoxy looks too wet and thick. What you get is very evenly applied epoxy. For underneath the deck roll the entire area & only 1 coat of epoxy. Also shine a lamp low to see the highs & lows of your deck.
