Incident Report

This is slightly old new for some of us.

Everyone building kayaks should read this message board post. It is an incident report filed recently by kayakers who got in a little over there head and had to be rescued. This illustrates the need to know proper saftey techniques, having the right equiptment, and suggests rigging your boat for function, not just looks.
