I myself have not had any problems with mine, got 'em in all my boats (4).Great foot pedal system, best out there, I belive. From reading other forums & dealing with them. I think they had big problems with returns at 1st 'cause the tracks that screw to the hull were plastic, they've changed to aluminum since, I think it cost them heavily. I've heard the pat. is being sold so someone can keep them going, hope someone does! I could use another pair right now! Doug R.
