His is a very new boat also- just picked it up about 6 weeks or so ago. But it's true his IS an outboard, rather than the inboard model. I'm sure that would make a difference.

Another friend tows an Eastport that I built behind a Shearwater 28 yawl. HE absolutely LOVES the boat ( Both boats actually*grin*)
