Re: Exterior house paint?

Hi Q. AJaqer,
I've painted with both high-end boat paints, and low-end house paints, and both have worked... But beyond a shadow of a doubt, the boat paints were the better products.
I guess it comes down to the old "Budget vs. Quality" dance. The boat paints are designed to be harder, less water-permeable, more durable, and just plain prettier than house paint... Still house paint is cheap...
I'd say that if you HAVE to, find a good house paint with UV protection, but otherwise buy a good boat paint and primer EVERY time...
