hmm- no responses eh?

There have been several recent threads on spraying varnish. Try doing a search.
We spray varnish often. Thin slightly and try the pattern. Better to have it slightly too thin than too thick. Spray a light but wet coat. Don't try to lay on a heavy coat- it'll sag on you.
I use a Binks 18, a Binks 69 or a Binks touch up, all suction guns, pressure somewhere around 45 pounds. No- it doesn't have to be set just right- a small range will work. If it isn't atomizing well at 45, ease up towards 50. I don't spray above 50 pounds.
