Mill Creek or Sea Island?

I'm interested in a kayak for flyfishing. Primarily for day trips to lakes. Looking for stability, tracking, and hopefully a low profile to limit impact of wind. I was leaning toward the mill creek 13, until the sea island sport became available. Suggestions? thanks
