Chespk 17 deck install

I'm about ready to plane the shear clamps to fit and attach the deck. Is the rear end cockpit opening (at its midpoint) flush with the rear bulkhead or is it a small distance forward of it? Likewise, is the front cockpit opening flush with the main deck beam or a small distance behind it? Also, do you thicken epoxy with wood flour or Cabo Sil when sealing deck to the shear clamps?
